Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because every product created by D2Z Designz is custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of verified workmanship error.

Workmanship Errors

If an error is made by D2Z Designz, a refund or remake may be issued after review. To submit a claim, customers must provide clear photo proof of the issue. Remakes are only processed once the claim has been reviewed and approved.


Shipping Damage

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All claims must include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Claims must be emailed to info@d2zdesignz.net. D2Z Designz is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery.


Customer Provided Items

Customers may bring or ship their own items for engraving or customization. These items are accepted at the customer’s own risk. If shipping, make sure u put your name, number and email in the box. 


Engraving Suitability

D2Z Designz is not liable for damage to items that are:

  • Defective

  • Coated or improperly prepared

  • Incompatible with laser engraving or cutting processes


Shipping Requirements for Customer Provided Items

  • Customers shipping items to us are encouraged to use UPS or FedEx

  • A signature upon delivery is strongly recommended.

  • Customers must email the tracking number to info@d2zdesignz.net immediately after shipment.


Failure to Provide Tracking Information

If tracking information is not provided:

  • The item will be held for seven (7) business days.

  • After seven business days, the item will be returned to sender.

  • All additional shipping fees, return charges, or carrier costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Liability for Returned Items

D2Z Designz is not responsible for any item that becomes lost, damaged, delayed, or missing during the return to sender process. Once the item is handed back to the carrier, responsibility transfers fully to the customer and the carrier.
