Custom and Engraved Items Are Non-Returnable
Custom and engraved items are non-returnable. Once proofs are approved and the item is paid for and picked up, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Proof Approval and Final Sale
When a proof is required, production will not begin until you approve it. You are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, names, dates, and layout details before approving a proof or submitting an order without a proof. Approval makes the order final and non-returnable.
Cancellations, Deposits, and Refund Exceptions
Deposit requirements, cancellation terms, and any refund exceptions are administrator-configurable and will be confirmed at the time of your order. Specific cancellation and refund policies are configured by the business.
Customer-Provided Materials
When you provide your own item for engraving, you acknowledge that different materials may react differently to the laser, resulting in natural variations in color, depth, and appearance. D2Z Designz is not responsible for damage to customer-provided items beyond its reasonable control.
Order Completion and Pickup
Completed orders are available for pickup at the agreed locations: AFB Pickup, Cabot Pickup. D2Z Designz will notify you when your order is ready.
