Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are custom made. Standard processing time is 2–4 business days, depending on order size and complexity. Bulk orders may take longer to process depending on the item. Rush services may be available upon request.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout. We mostly use UPS or FedEx.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Damage  

If your order arrives damaged, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

All claims must be emailed to info@d2zdesignz.net for review.


Customer‑Provided Items (Shipped to Us)

Customers may ship their own items for engraving or customization. These items are accepted at the customer’s own risk.

Shipping Requirements

  • UPS is strongly recommended for reliability.

  • A signature upon delivery is recommended.

  • Customers must email the tracking number to info@d2zdesignz.net after shipping as soon as possible to insure we can track your package.

Failure to Provide Tracking Information

If tracking information is not provided:

  • The item will be held for seven (7) business days.

  • After seven business days, the item will be returned to sender.

  • All additional shipping fees or carrier charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Liability for Returned Items

D2Z Designz is not responsible for any item that becomes lost, damaged, delayed, or missing during the return to sender process. Once the item is handed back to the carrier, responsibility transfers fully to the customer and the carrier.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. D2Z Designz is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers near and around central Arkansas. Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is ready. Unless other arrangements were made with us.

Drop Shipped Items Policy (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, etc.)

Customers may choose to have items shipped directly to D2Z Designz from third‑party retailers such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, or any other online marketplace. These items are accepted at the customer’s own risk.

Order Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring

  • The correct item is purchased

  • The correct size, color, and material are selected

  • The item is suitable for engraving or customization

  • The item is shipped directly to the correct D2Z Designz address

D2Z Designz is not responsible for incorrect, defective, substituted, or incompatible items shipped from third‑party sellers.


Condition of Drop Shipped Items

All items must arrive new, unused, and in their original packaging. Unless we are notified that it will not be in any of those.

D2Z Designz is not liable for:

  • Items damaged before arrival

  • Items lost or delayed by the retailer or carrier

  • Items substituted or replaced by the seller

  • Items that arrive defective or unsuitable for engraving

Any issues with the retailer must be handled directly between the customer and the seller.


Tracking Requirements

Customers must provide tracking information for all drop‑shipped items.

  • Tracking must be emailed to info@d2zdesignz.net immediately after the order is placed.

  • If tracking is not provided, the item will be held for seven (7) business days.

  • After seven days, the item will be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.


Engraving Suitability

D2Z Designz is not responsible for damage to items that are:

  • Coated, painted, or improperly finished

  • Made from materials incompatible with laser engraving

  • Defective or structurally weak

  • Not designed for engraving

If an item cannot be safely engraved, the customer will be notified before work begins.


Liability for Drop Shipped Items

D2Z Designz is not liable for any item that becomes

  • Lost

  • Damaged

  • Delayed

  • Misdelivered

  • Returned to sender

during shipping, delivery, or the return‑to‑sender process. Once the item is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers fully to the customer and the carrier.
